On Jan 08, 2014, 04:39 PM we have order Order No: 3002959875 for Khazana Black Unstitched Salwar Suit - Khazama-22-GD1107-A (1).
Whereas till date there is no action plan received from India Time Shopping Team. When we reach for the Tele # 0********66 & 0********88 some L1 executive will pick the call and update the same which we can able to see in the portal. But when we start asking them to share us the delivery exact date no one is ready to take a call and speak with customers.
Twice we received call by Lady Rakhi saying due to some internal issue we have cancelled the ordered # Order No: 3002959875 for Blue Dart and She seeked regert and pushed for FedEx with new order Order No: 3002986978 Jan 20, 2014, 05:32 PM.
Was though and felt bit relax since she said it is under progress for 24hrs delivery. Where was when we peep into portal we can able to see the same constant status in portal for "Ready to dispatch. When we look into FedEx there is no ETA for delivery.
When ever we call and seek call executive to hand over the call to his manger , he start giving false statement towards customers.
Observed below during talk with executive .
1.Keeping call hold with mute , Which looks no and responsibility towards customer.
2.No action and responsibility resource available dealing with customer.
3.Just verbal convicting to customer.
4.No SLA towards escalations mails which we wrote to operations head team.
5.Dealing with domestic transaction is very great challenge for team.
