Customer Service Desk,
This dept of Idea Cellular simply specialises in giving standard replies which is not worth the effort of writing mails.
The Nodal officer and Apellate are there to fulfil govt. stipulation that the company has to have the dept to handle escalation of issues.I know for sure there is no such separate depts(Different Heads of the same coin).
One dept like so called customer care will give standard replies without going into the problem or reading the mail.The others simply watch the fun if they are there.
I am yet to receive a satisfactory reply except that the charges are correct and i have made the call &"Assurance of best of services".This shows that noone reads the customer mail properly.
NO RESPONSE TO THE NON ADHERENCE TO THE SPECIAL SCHEME GIVEN BY IDEA SALES MANAGER. SCHEME LETTER BY IDEA ATTACHED.
