Worst Taxi service in bangalore

We booked a cab from Bangalore to OOty for 3 days and we experienced the pathetic service provided by U taxi. While booking the customer care Person told us that from bangalore to ooty it will be 270 kms plus per day 250 kms and after that 7rs/km. But in our case one side it was 360 kms.
Points for thumbs down :
1) Location of hotel/Resort Should be as per U taxi Driver: Before coming only Driver will say if your booked hotel/Resort is far from city then he'll not come.
2) Not on Time: The Driver will not come on time, it will always be 45 mins to 1 hr late.
3) Cab in Bad condition: Even if you ask them to provide a cab in good condition, they'll provide you a cab in half dead condition with one door broken and the speed will not go beyond 80km/hr on highway.
4) Driver will take longest route possible: OOty that is 270km from Bangalore, but in our case it was 360 km , our driver Mr. ISHAK took the longest path to reach ooty.
5) Rude Drivers:Drivers are impolite, they don't know how to behave with passengers, when you ask them a small thing for eg. we'll start at 9 am tomorrow please be ready. for this small sentence he'll raise his voice and let you feel that its your fault to ask antything to him.
6) Impatient Drivers: If the condition is not good( obvious in hilly areas), he will start murmuring in his local language or start scolding the outside people that is too irritating for passengers.
7) Driver's primary focus his car paking instead of passenger: Driver's only concern will be his half dead car and its parking, whenever you will ask him to stop at any viewpoint he'll search for his car paking only, you have to find your spots yourself.
8) Unprofessional Attitude: At the starting Driver will behave like he knows the place ooty and Mysore well, but when u'll ask him about any viewpoint or any good restuarant then he'll clueless.
9) Always try his best to grab more money from passengers: while coming back again he'll take the longest way to reach to Bangalore, he'll try his best to get his next day's bata.
10) Private car in place of taxi:One more point instead of proper yellow board Taxi, they'll send some private cab. And at last they'll ask for Permit tax even if that is not actual. And if you ask for the reason then he'll raise his voice and force you to pay the amount.

So I recommend everybody to go through these points before doing Cab booking with UTAxi. People don't book a cab from Utaxi to save few hundreds as you will suffer thousands. Beware of U taxi and mainly its Drivers.
