Highly irresponsible and pathetic service. I booked a cab for my old parents to get to the railway station and they made a wrong booking. Only to inform me 10mins before the scheduled time that they made a mistake in booking. I have never faced such a bad service.

Highly recommend people not to go in for this just based on price. Cheap price means cheap service!
