Dear Sir/Ma'am.
Myself Puneet Gupta from New Delhi India. I m a
blackberry customer i m using Blackberry 9900 (Bold 4). Its under
warranty period. I m sorry to say but blackberry has the worst
customer support its a very bad experience. My Mobile is not working
from past 4 Months and i have given it for the service to your
authorized service center for two times they keep it for 15 days
everytime and return it. but the problem remains the same. Customer
cant go to your service center again n again n keep waiting for ours
to submit the phone for service.I think its worst to spend bloody
35,000/-INR on blackberry. Its very disappointing. Now i dont have any
other option rather than going to the consumer court. This is my final
mail either you get my phone changed or i will go the consumer court n
will print this complaint in the all leading news paper. you people
make fool to the customers charge so much for the bloody worthless
phones & commit about the service and dont serve even S of the
service.... if you can help me out then pls help.
