Just want to know why would I demand refund from eBay. eBay is just an online retail.
Then why don't you ask customers to purchase your Shit product directly from manufacturing source.
However. Would let you know that I paid amount to you for your faulty product and will request you to process my refund amount.
This product is not manufactured by eBay to ask them for refund. Product has your name on it then Swipe is liable to refund my money.
You guys are cheating with customers by producing such faulty products in Market.
As per Indian law, company is liable
to refund customer's amount if he won't get fruitful service or a good product.
In your case, neither I am getting good product nor proper service satisfaction.
Just by providing faulty replacement tab you guys can not wash your hands now from your responsibilities.
