I am very loyal user of Swipe product, since very long time. However, recently I bought Swipe tablet .
However, just in few months of purchase I started to encounter problems in your product which I own.
My whole business is based on communication and to which I have to be connected to my emails.
Due to low battery backup I used to get impacted on my financial part. I got my product repaired once from the service center but still problems were not taken care off.
Hence, after a long discussion with your service center people and call center team I manage to get replacement of my faulty product.
Yet my tension about the product was not resolve, insisted of resolving the problem by issuing the replacement product you guys made my life worst.
I am still facing the same issue with replaced product, your faulty replacement product is not taking the charge in it.
I had lots of hopes with this brand but I thing I made my life’s biggest mistake by trusting your product.
However, I do not want to get the faulty product replacement again and carry the same tension forever.
I would request you to please refund my whole amount which I have invested in buying your faulty product.
Already I got in touch with my family lawyer, in regards to take the legal actions on you people but my lawyer has advice to give you a chance for giving your decision on same.
Please look into this matter very seriously and get my amount refunded.
