I purchased LG window AC Model number LG LWA-5HW2 DD1/2 on 25th June 2009. Within 2 days it has stopped cooling. I even made a complaint on customer care number but no action was taken despite of calling them many times. Complaint number is N9C********.
I was also told to call at the service station VPI Goods at number ********20. When I called at this number I was told that for complaint I should call at ********18 and LG customer care people need to update this number in there system. Now again a big nightmare, calling at ********18 , either the number is busy or nobody picks the call.
Tried calling several times at different timings but of no use.
I was also giving area manager number, Vaishali, ********52. But again she is also consistent like VGI Good, and never picked up the call. Once during day time he picked the phone and told me that he is sending the engg. with name Nadeem in a short while. But nobody called after or came for repair. I think this service station guy is totally useless and incapable of doing the job.
I am totally frustrated with this people.
Request you to kindly take this complaint on priority and get the problem rectified as soon as possible.
Also would like to make complaint against VGI Goods for bad service and not taking calls. I would be happy if LG as a company take some strict action against this service station, though I have serious doubt that anything would be done.
