I have purchased one LG make LCD tv from Khosla Electronics, Kolkata on 15/04/2009. The model no. is 26LG30. The TV is under 1 year warrenty. The set is out of order from 26/05/2009 and a complaint no. 52610220 was lodged with LG on 26/05/2009. The LG representative visited twice on 27th and 28th may respectively and on 28th he has removed one spare part from the set. he assured us to replace the spare within a day or two. Later no reponse was shown by LG and another complaint no. N9C******** was lodged by me on 02/05/2009. I also talked to their regional Manager Miss Sagata regarding this but inspite of lot of assurances the set is not yet repaired. I have also demanded for immediate replacement of the set but the company is not entertaining my request. My TV is ot of service for the last 11 days.
