I HAVE PURCHASED MICROWAVE OVEN FROM LG ELECTRONICS ON 24/08/2008
THE SAME GOT OUT OF ORDER WITHIN 6 MONTHS, THE SAME WAS GOT REPAIRED BY THE COMPANY. HOWEVER, AGAIN ON 26/06/2009 MICROWAVE GOT OUT OF ORDER BY GIVING FOUL SMELL, I BOOKED A COMPLAINT WITH THE COMPANY ON 26/06/2009 VIDE COMPAINT NUMBER N9C******** DESPITE OF MY REPEATED REMINDER TO THE CALL CENTRE AS WELL AS TO THE LOCAL CENTRE OF LG ELECTRONICS AT JAMMU EVEN I SPEAK TO THE HEAD OF LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE TILL TODAY THE MICROWAVE OVEN IS NOT REPARED WITH ONE PRETEXT OR OTHER. ALWAYS THEY GIVE THE REPLY THAT DAMAGED PART IS BEING CALLED FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE, THE SAME IS NOT RECEIVED YET. IT IS NOT UNDERSTOOD HOW MANY TIME THEY WILL TAKE TO REPAIR THE OVEN. THIS IS THE POSITION OF 1 YEAR, i.e. WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER WARRANTY EXPIRE. DURING THE FIRST YEAR 2 MONTHS OVEN IS DEAD. KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH COMPANY SO THAT PRODUCT CAN BE REPAIRED AND HARRASMENT IS REMOVED.
KINDLY GIVE REPLY WHY THIS SMALL PART IS NOT REPAIRED. LG IS BIG COMPANY THIS TYPE OF WORKING DEADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCT AND GIVE TOTALLY BAD ADVERTISMENT.
