i purchased a videocon tv on march 26 2014 and it stopped working after around two weeks and the person from videocon service who came to fix it was a dumb idiot and he took three weeks to replace the tv's motherboard to fix the problem temporarily and now the tv has stopped working again i called videocon help center on jun 4 and my complaint number is ban0506140288 and today is 24 june and the problem is not fixed and the area incharge of H.S.R. layout subramanium is not giving me any response he is not answering my any more i don't know what to do if this goes on i am going to file a consumer case against videocon the product is terrible i have had two major issues with it in three months and the resolution that your company people say is changing the motherboard again which i may add is only one month old changed by your company person on may 20.
