I have been a loyal customer of yours since many years and all of the household electronics in my house is of videocon. And I must say that I have found all of the product to be very cheap. And then your customer care is more superbly cheap than your product.
Within 3 years of purchase of Videocon 26" LCD with d2h, we faced several problems. and even your people visited thrice and just reset the TV and charged heftly from us. When today I spoke to your customer care executive (Sonu Kumar) for the instructions to reset the settings he denied to give the instructions and said we'll send you our engineer (bloody ****** engineer) who'll charge you.
Within 2 years of purchase we have seen the quality of double door refrigerator of Videocon. The inside of the door has been torned, even the fixings has opened. Morever it make everything wet, no matter what you keep inside it will be wet & water dripping when you'll take it out.
Sorry to say but you have lost a loyal customer. And I'll make sure I can spread this things on all the possible forum so that maximum customers come to know about your quality and standards.
