Videocon LCD TV - Complain for replacement of faulty VIDEOCON-LCD –TV

It is regretted to inform for all concerned that I bought one VIDEOCON -LCD -TV from SALES EMPORIUM, Nagerbazar, Kolkata-700074 ( Ph-033-25298134, Cash Memo No-CR/02374/10/2008-09) on 24/10/2008 and the same was faulty since, installation at my home as the picture was often hanged and the display were became white during continuation of any TV programmed and which were brought to the kind notices of Videocon Authorities several times over phone or through lodging complaints vide complain nos -KOL0********5 & KOL2********0 and so on. It was requested then to the servicemen for replacement of the same with a new one but it was could not effected at last due to the assurance of the servicemen during services of the set that “The set is O.K and will not troubled any more and if further troubles are seen even after lapse of guarantee period, the company would may replace the same considering against the prevailing complaints
( Within Guarantee Period) lodged”.
Unfortunately, the set was completely out of order just after completing the guarantee period and It is at present under service against my complain ( No- KL******** dtd 13/02/2010) at Videocon’s authorized service centre M/S Sreesh Touch, Kolkata-29
( Ph : 033-32946783) .
Meanwhile, it was informed by Sreesh Touch to me over phone on 16th April,2010, that the Panel Board of my LCD TV is required to be changed and which has become out of stock at their service centre and expected to be available not at near future due to its old model system and subsequently offered me with an option for exchange of my existing LCD with a new one at reduced price with the approximate discount value of RS 3000/- only, i,e; I’ve to buy again another Videocon LCD TV . at the price of about approximate RS 10000/- only for a 20” LCD.
Since then, I’m sending mail to Videocon complaint cell and they were assuring me of their utmost try for a quick solution of my case with first priority till the end of July-2010 but after that all on a sudden, they are completely silent about it and not answering any of my mail.
I’m now hopeless and don’t know how to resolve the matter but it is true that
I ‘ve been cheated by VIDEOCON because of my good faith ( was) on the brand image of company. It is also surprised to note about their silence regarding prospect of services of my set even after keeping my set at their custody about eight months .
I request hereby, for a quick replacement of my LCD TV keeping in view of above and also with a kind note, that the subject set, was not a gift from VIDEOCON , but a priced item bought from showroom.
