Sir,
1. I am fedup with your service.I never register for a service even though,my balance is deducted every 5-7 days and i need to call customer care to get back my balance.It has happened about 4-6 times in may,2012.Everytime,customer care says not to repeat the mistake again but;nothing has been done.
2. My idea phone no at which i am facing the problem is ********78.
3. I used your service 3 years ago also,but at that time,your service was so good that i used to tell my friends about it;but nowadays..i am really getting too troubled due to it.
4. I request you to stop doing this.i dont want any service activated on this no.I just want to keep this no for conversation purpose,so you are requested to look into this matter and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
5. And,again if i get such thing or service directly activated from your side;i will definitely go to the consumer court regarding this matter.That is for sure.
