I syed Razzaq Hameed, possess idea number, my complaint is that since from three weeks Idea company is deducting Rs. 10/- from my balance for activating filmy funda, which I have not activate, I made compalint on 12345 on 31/12/2010 regarding the same, they have commited that in future there will not be any deduction from my balance and the services will also be deactivated but today as i rechared for Rs. 50/- again they have deducted Rs. 10/- from my balance for the same reason I talked to Mr Tareque he has promised to return my deducted amount and will sent complaint number by sms, but I did not received any complaint number yet from Mr Tareque.

I want my all the balance deducted i.e. Rs.30/- along with compensation for harashment and mental tension else I will take strict legal action against Mr Tareque and Idea company, I want immediate reply on this subject.
