i am using vodafone internet plan of 96rs of 1GB. it was deactivate on 7/11 by 11.59 pm and i was activate again in 30 min and got confirmation sms that my data plan is activate and you have balanced on 1024 mb on 00.40 am(12:40 am). but they have charged for full night and have deducted 200 rs internet charge though my plan was activated already in within 30 min. i discussed with customer care and they told you have to open battery of your mobile to close you session which was totally unacceptable answer and even they havent intimate for the same.
