i have recharge with 555 online by debit card on vodafone site dated 6th aug 12.
fund deducted but recharge not done on mobile and sms comes from
vodafone refund should be done in 5 days.
after a week i have mailed to vodafone and they stated me
"we have grant the refund on 7th aug 12".
after lots of mail & efforts they have give me arn no and told that
give it to axis bank and bank will credit it.
i have concerned bank and they told me no such credit pendit -no such arn no and
no such credit to them by vodafone. also ensure me give to best service by
bank if i feel free to call & or at call center.
but almost a month past but vodafone -->
can't find the where the my money goes and why refund not granted?
so many mail done but no refund granted or no one take responsibity of that.
so rigid and worst service by vodafone.i am using service of vodafone since it
called as cellforce.but recently occured problem make me to think for fight for
justice. make aware the people by thus type cheating bu vodafone.
so decide to go for file complain by law of it 2000 and consumer protection
act by them for cheating people.
