Dear sir,
Following Vodafone WCC Card PIn has been sold by ngpay company, but vodafone ivr system is refusing to accep the pin provided by them. Card details is as under:
Card Serial Nos.100003778896 Denomination :Rs.149/- Circle: Gujarat.

I spoke to Vodafone customer care and also visited shivranjani Vodafone store they also refuse the existence of such Vodafone world calling card serial. surprisingly they also inform that no WCC card of amount Rs.149/- at presently available with vodafone.

Kindly confirm is this NGPAY is authorised seller for vodafone products or above mention card is dummy.

Pl reply immedaitely to take up this issue further for legal action .
