I got a call from the customer care Representative of idea cellular on 18th oct, informing me that the yearly missed call alert charges have been cut down to rs.149. I told the representative that i was not interested in any offers, but the representative told me that this was just an INFORMATION CALL.
However on 19th oct, i got a message that my missed call alert has been activated and an amount of rs 149 had been deducted from my account. I called the Customer care and informed them that i did not subscribe for the missed call alert service and asked them to refund the amount. The service was cancelled almost immediately but the refund has not been done. one of the representative assured me that i would be given a complaint number and the amount would be refunded with in the next 22hrs. I have not received any complaint number yet and i dont know if the complaint has been registered at all. Please forward my complaint for the refund.
