I Purchased blackberry 9320 WHT sr no-353********9087 ,Purchase date-16/06/2013 bill no-VK-1308/13 ,PURCHASE FROM STAR WATCH COMPANY 325,2nd floor DLF Promenade,vasant kunj New Delhi. Since date of purchase this handset is not working well and has been given to Blackberry repair center Cannaught place thrice. some time its key board stops operating,Most of the time it gets hang on and become down in operation. Last it was given for repair to same authorized repair center at cannaught place and returned to me on 7th of Feb with assurance of its operating well.But like every time it is again giving problem within 2 days it started getting auto off .I don't know what kind of harassment these blackberry people are giving to me.why don't they are giving me final solution.It has become a mental agony to me. Three time visiting the repair center ,waiting in queues,finally arguing with the executive has created hell to me .It seems to go with this blackberry device is just a blunder to me.When i ask them is they are helpless in making repair why they are not replacing .but every time they do temporary repair and put off the customer thinking customer will what to do. I strongly intend to take strict action for this kind of harassment they are giving to me.If right solution will not be given to me earliest it will certainly make me to go for legal action for replacement and compensation.
