hello sir i am bikram from odisha. i have one problem that i have a hcl y3 tablet , which touch screen has broken. i had given my tablet to the bhubaneswar service center named galaxy services on 17.07.2013 and they told me that they should return me the tablet after 15 days. but they did not gave the complain id so i contacted after 20 days to head office and they gave me the id on 14.08.2013... but till now the service is pending. my home is 180km far from the service center so i called many time to them and also the head office but no one is helping me properly.
i have waited from many times for my service . but service center is not responding to me.. kindly solve my problem .
