I purchased a Sony NWZ-B172F walkman for Rs. 3290 on 22/03/2014 from Sony Center, H-11, Main Road, KalkaJi, New Delhi-10019, Tel: 011-41071110, 011-26452060, Email: sony.center@live.com.
The issue is that I am not given the bill of the above mentioned device and was assured (by Mr. Sanjeev (********91) Sony Centre) that the bill of the device would be sent to me within a day or two but now it is more than 20 days and I have been asking for the bill time to time on mobile phone of Mr. Sanjeev but he always replied that the account person is not here would come in a day or two. I may relocate to some other area meanwhile. If some problem occurs in the device then how will I get the gurantee. It is known that guanrantee of the product is based on the details such as name of the product, date of purchase, amount and seller’s name and address. These details are printed on the bill. After showing that bill I shall be entertained about the guarantee of the product otherwise not.
I have got the audio recordings in which Mr. Sanjeev again and again saying that he would send me the bill but he has not sent the bill of the purchased device so far.
This concludes that I need the bill of the device so that I have an option of getting guarantee of the said product in case the device malfunction.
