I purchased a sony experia Tipo in January and the problem with the phone started towards the end of April. I try playing games or scroll to get the contacts or even receive a call, but the phone would not work. So I went to service center, Technoplaza, Saltlake city, kolkata- and they accepted the problem with the touch. But, all they did was a software update claiming to resolve the issue. They deleted all my contacts, softwares and messages! And then problem started again within a week, just by the time when I managed to restore the phone to its initial condition. So I somehow managed to continue for a month but it was hampering my work and became irritating by the next month. The service center took the phone for about a week and claimed to have changed the touchpad(i.e. resolved the issue with the hardware) but there it was again ! Within 4-5 days the problem started and now this is taking a toll on me.
I am a professional and its impossible to spend so much time for this petty issue. I expect the company to do the needful.
