MY SONY TV WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ITS OUT OF WARRENTY ,SO I DONE A COMPLAINT ON SONY TOLL FREE NO 1********99 ON 15/ 6 /2013 MY COMPLAINT NUM IS 14457470.
ON 17/6/2013 ,SONY TECHNICIAN CALL ME AND SAID YOU HAVE REGISTER A COMPLAINT IF I VISIT YOU HAVE TO PAY RS 100 AS VISITED CHARGE AND AFTER THAN YOU HAVE TO PAY 250 SERVICE CHARGE WHEN I SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM ,I SAID OK I WILL GIVE YOU , HE CAME AND CHECK MY TV AND SAID THAT YOUR TV TUNER CARD HAS TO BE REPLACED AND HE WILL INFORM ME ITS COST ON PHONE AND REPLACE IT WITHIN 10 DAYS ,I AGREE AND GAVE HIM RS 100 AS VISITING CHARGE.
BUT SIR TILL THAT DAY NOBODY HAS CALL ME AND INFORM ME . I HAVE DONE LOTS OF PHONE AT SONY SERVICE CENTRE THEY REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT AGAIN AND AGAIN NO ONE TOLD ME THAT WHEN MY PROBLEM HAS TO BE SOLVED . ITS A VERY LONY TIME AFTER COMPLAINT, SIR I WANT A SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM PLS HELP.
