I have filled TDR against train running late by 03.45hours. Refund status showing CASE OF REPUDIATED.
My travel plan was with my family from BBS to SHM at 11.30pm on 13/5/2024. Train no:12882 & PNR NO: ********54.
However, i got message from Indian railway that the train running late by 03.45 hours. Immediately i decided not to travel in this train, since it was late by more than three hours. Mean time my one year baby was me, she has some problem showing. I filled TDR request against train running late by more than three hours 14/5/2024 at 2.50am.

Train departed at BBS station on 14/5/2024 at 3.20am.
Again i travelled another train no: 22896, VANDE BHARAT EXPRESS. i have all the evidence.

When i checked TDR Refund status, it is showing case of repudiated.
I do not understand, it is genuine case that train was late by more than three hours.
Why it is not refunded.
I am requesting IRCTC, please REFUND my money.

I have booked a ticket from berhampur(BAM) to New Bangaigaon(NBQ) on dtd 20/01/2018.

Due to some personal problem i have cancel my ticket(By TDR) on dtd 19/01/2018.

The PNR,transaction,registration and cancellation details are given below.

In above connection still i have not get any refund amount in our bank and also i have mailed to care@irctc.co.in but we not get any reply from care@irctc.co.in.
