I had filed 2 TDR which are stated below for your reference,
1) Train No.2074 PNR No.********40. Journey Date 11th October 2009,
Journey from Bhuvaneshwar to Howrah. TDR filed date 12th October 2009.
2) Train No.8615, PNR No.********81, Journey Date 9th December 2009.
Journey from Howrah to Hatia. TDR filed date 11th December 2009.
Despite reminders the TDR amount has not been credited to my account by IRCTC. As per policy the TDR amount should be credited back to the customer account after 90 days. Both my claims are more than 90 days.
Please look into the case and help me out.

The same is happenning to me also.
Even one of my TDR is 1 year old but till now the refund has not been come. the status shows forwarded to railway but I dont know whether our rail department is sleeping our .....

Iwas booked a ticket from QLN to CLT for the journey date of 13/04/2023. But the railway is announced the train is stoped on partially, so thats why i choosed to travel another way and i filed tdr on 13/04/2023 ,17:11hrs.
but i didnt get my money back, its been almost 2 months, i checked refund status it shows my refund is approved on 20/04/2023. but i didnt get my money back, when will i get my money?
