Very recently I had used a matrix sim card when I was going on a vacation to France. My overall experience with them was really good. Right from responding to my query to having someone sent to my place for the sim card delivery and helping us understand how the sim card would work and all was all very handled. My questions regarding charges and loss of sim card were also handled very nicely. Not just this, while I was there I extended my stay for another 10 days and these guys accommodated the extension without creating any issues on the same plan that I wa on.
