Tried Matrix Sims for the first time and really appreciate their customer services. I had issues with my calling locally within UK and I wasn't really able to resolve it myself. I just dropped an email to the client servicing guy and he immediately arranged for a call from their customer department who took me through some setting on the phone and then switched it off and on again and it worked fine. Really appreciate their efforts for doing all this :)
