I received a call and text a month ago to replace my sim card as it was too old(2years) , and said that it is in the faulty list, i might face issues with my service, and it would be free of cost.
I went to my local idea store and asked for a replacement sim card , said i will be charges 25Rs, i said i was informed by customer care it would be free, she said she only has paid sim cards,
I took the sim card and called customer care explained the situation , the representative said he will place a request to waive off the charges , but asked me to call when my bill gets generated to place the request again.
I called customer care after my bill was generated and they declined any request for the waiver of the sim charges.
Hence i request you to please waive off 25Rs of my next bill.
