I had bought nokia cs-17 data card through Shopclues .com and made my payment through SBI with an amount of 1599.My order number was 2818921
Company had given 10 days return/money back policy..The device sent to me was dead, so I immediately logged a call to customer care.I also given mail to the customer care..since then ,they are making fool to me.
several mailing communication done but of no use..Phone call/Email also put no effect..now they are not receiving my phone call.so i am loosing my money again to get replacement /refund.Pls take action against this cheating and penalise the vendor for mental harassment..I want my money back.Nokia Service centre also not giving support as Nokia didn't launched any data card as such in india.I am feeling cheated..Everday I am doing phone call and email
