Ordered 3/4th men Shorts of set of 3 as displayed on the website, so called John Philip Cotton vide order No.35785625 on dtd.29.01.2015. Product code was 3914860 and the cost of the same Rs.450/-. Said product reached me on 12.02.2015 and i paid the amount while taking delivery since the order was on COD basis. After received the product i opened the parcel and wondered for getting the roadside, substandard material products which even got dirty as any one can come to know after seeing the product is use one! Also the worth of the same not more than Rs.60/- for 3 pc's.

On such frustrating, i logged into the Shopclues.com and requested for return of the product and to refund my money paid for the order and uploaded delivered product pictures on dtd. 13.02.2015. Since that date its only become me to contact the people of Shopclues.com and enquire amount refund of my money. Once in the call the executive said me that there is no return pickup facility available to my city, so i have to send it through any of the courier service again paying amount for the same. I denied and asked to inform me the nearest city, where i can drop the packed parcel of above order quantity. Because they will refund the courier amount through their free coupen, for which i have to purchase something again from the cheating company website SHOPCLUES.COM !...

After that day.. no executive has contacted me over telephone or via email. So i am expecting compensation amount for the harassment and the money paid on the order.

Kindly spread the matter, let the people come to know about the dummy website SHOPCLUES.COM. Which is selling second hand/ used products by quoting `special offer, rate cut, high discount' etc. If you try to contact them over telephone, they have not put facility of tollfree number for customer convenience, which all of the online shops maintained and published in their website visibly. This cheating website SHOPCLUES.COM has put the paid contact number under invisible condition, it means you have to go 2-3 clicks searching by searching to communicate for the refund of money paid on the purchase.

I highly request the concerned govt authorities who are responsible for the control of such illegal activities making by a online shops.

Kindly look into the same and suggest me a solution. Because, i am have 3 more products sold & cheated me by the SHOPCLUES.COM.
