I have purchased Lotto Tolosa shoes from www.shopclue.com thru order no. 27708311. I made payment thru my debit card. But at that time they were no having stock. So they sent me one shoe of Size 8 and other is of 9. I called up them and I returned the shoes thru courier service which they have arranged. They told me that within 7-10 days they will refund my money and I will get automated email from them. Till now nothing has come. Only email communication between me and them.
Following is the communication between me and them. Even I called up them two times and received reply that with in 7-8 days I will receive my refund. But no reply. Please do the needful.
