I have got my car repaired and serviced at Wagle Estate, Thane Order Refn No : WE 1011-004215 and have taken delivery on 05.09.2010.
Since then I have been complaining of various problems in car and have taken the vehicle on atleast 2 occasions to workshop. Instead of understanding the difficulties faced by customer. their service manager Mr Amit keeps on explaining their internal problem of staff shortage and heavy workload and advises me to come with appointment only.
Later only at the instruction of their General Manager on 15.09.2010 atleast one minor problem of AC water seepage which had cropped up only after AC servicing by them was resolved in just 10 minutes.
And I was advised to bring car again after appointment on 20.09.2010.
I have also informed my problems to their Pune call centre who keep on asking for feedback on repairs and was told that they are forwarding my complaint onwards but no response thereafter.
Will the Company understand the customer's problem that it is not possible to bring car again and again for same repair job as time is a major constraint. Further why should a customer have to seek appointment again for attending to a job which was initially not attended by them properly.
The Company should advise their staff that they have to give good service and just not beg for good rating.
