My vehicle Indica vista MH03 AR 3739 was given at your shoop floor for some activity.During that period my car front bumper was damaged by one of your driver.after 1 hour of argument and and proving that the damage was done by our end the bumper was repaired ie. they again painted the bumper but not as per the expected standard.But know after 5 months the entire patch of colour went off and some stray spots are noticed easily.this is all becaude of their substandard quality of colour and fool the customer.before doing that their service advisor told me to pay 1500/- for repairing.
I called up again and spoke to a new advisor to repaint the bumper.he agreed and told me that he will call me soon but its more than 3 weeks i have received any call.I also have the apology letter by them on their letter head.If they think they are smart enough to fool me then i have only option of moving on to consumer court and police case against such cheaters.
I also have the photos of the same which were clicked by the insurance person.
