I bought blackberry curve 9380 worth rupees 16300 on 10 june this year.
Within a month I noted that the color of the handset was running out and the metallic body has started to shake. There were many software problems also.
I submitted my handset to the service centre on 22 september this year, after keeping it for complete 15 days they returned it to me partially repaired, the metallic body is still shaking.
Now they ask me wait till the condition worsens and then they will send it for it. even the executives at the service centre behaved very badly and talked in an ill-mannered way.
I want a replacement handset with a compensation of rupees 5000.
resolve this problem as soon as possible.
