Reliance GSM services - Reliance deducted a handsome amount form my account without any information.

Hello there.
I’m using reliance (gsm) service. (********15)
Reliance deducted rs.30 from my account without informing me. After I made complain they simply answered me that my amount was deducted due to I have activated "osi s news pack".
I never got such calls as well as such sms to active that.
Now they are telling that I have active the above pack from my side, they can only be deactivate the pack, they won't be able to refund my money.
The complain No. is 143422521 (given by reliance costumer care)
Why should I’ll be pay for which service I’m not going to use. I’m not activated that service also.
They are cheating me. There are so many people like me cheated each & every day. Please take some action about these frauds.

Reliance deducted rs.10 from my account without informing me. After I made complain they simply answered me that my amount was deducted due to I have activated "Caller Tune pack".
I never got such calls as well as such sms to active that.
Now they are telling that I have active the above pack from my side, they can only be deactivate the pack, they won't be able to refund my money.
The complain No. is 154819218 (given by reliance costumer care)
Why should I’ll be pay for which service I’m not going to use. I’m not activated that service also.
They are cheating me. There are so many people like me cheated each & every day. Please take some action about these frauds.
