firstly the customer executive whose name is ms. kamal ,floor supervisor from chandigarh misguiding and not not behaving properly,
the executives from chandigarh are so irritating that actually my problem is regardind deduction of money whenever i talked to customer executive they say there is some problem regarding updation so please call after sometime and it goes on 3 days and when i call after 3 days they say now we are unable to pay your money because it is already 3 day passed says by ms. kamal and other executive.
they deduct my money and everytime they are giving rudiculous information and it is such a bad conversation with ms. kamal .she is trying to make me fool and misguiding and everytime say we will not pay your money.
i am not satisfying with this and if it is not will undertaken then i will go to the consumer court not because of money but for the service and other thing.

I support this complaint. Well they did the same with me, and they do the same everytime. They scam their users.
My number ********96 was charged Rs. 40 extra without any subscription.
