AIRCEL - regarding caller tune &customer executive behaviour

Sir , my mobile number is ********62 and my complain number is 1-13********3 given by ankur yadav this is right or wrong i don't know because i call the customer care executive six time all executive given me time for my problem will short out within four hours and problem is not solve and i am fed up about aircel service in first time within 2 years my ballance will deduct from my account and in place of dialler tune boring ring ring is continue it is 90 hours starting from service ballance is deduct and service will not start this is start or not i don't know because no one customer care executive help me .
Sir please help this problem ..
Complainant's Goal: I want my callertune will be activate otherwise my balance will refund
