AIRCEL - unneccessary cutting charges and false activation cutting charges

complaint on unnecessay charges

between 22 and 23 feb 2010, aircell mobile services has taken 20 rupees from my main account balance.Though, i have not
activated any services such as voicechat,hellotunes or other any services.but they themselves activated and charging rupees.
as it fine, which is not right. so i want to repay my 20 rupees money. my aircell number is ********28. If it is rectified,
and return my money i will continue using this number,if not i will throw off the sim.
this is very unfortunatly for aircell mobile service provider and very shamfull this types of work.

is tarah ka event bahut hi saramnak hai or chori karna bahut hi saramnak hai.jo is tarah ke activation charges per logo ko
bebkuff bana rahe hai. unnecessary bill ko cut kar rahe hai.

I support this complaint. unwanted and sexual service messages are sending and unnecessarily cutting the balances by activating the callertunes and not responding the customercare correctly and supervisor is also talking like that only. while i'm arguing with him he has telling u r talking with supervisor.........................................

Value added services are all automated processes, and its takes the customer authorisation before any activation. Promo calls and messages can be the reason when responded knowingly or unknowingly so I would suggest you to activate your DND service which will block all such messages and calls.
