I had booked a ticket with PNR Number ********57 date of journey was 26/03/2017 from Bhusawal to Nagpur. but due to train late more than 4 hours I have not travelled and filed TDR before at least 1 hr. of actual departure of train for refund of ticket fare. but now Indian railway has rejected my request for refund with rejection reason '' no EDR has been fed against the particular PNR as party has travelled''. sir I am a government servant under ministry of defense production and I have done my duty at Bhusawal on 27/03/2017 at 7.30am this is the proof that I have not travelled on 26/03/2017 my daily attendance sheet is enclosed for support of my statement also as I have filed TDR before 1 hr. of departure of train the question of passenger travel does not arise. sir please look the matter and solve this problem.
