Hi I have contacted Beam Telecom for new connection in December 2010 and paid a cheque of 6 months plan amount Rs 3300. I waited for 40 days and even then I didn't get the connection. I used to call the customer care number and I used to get the same response like "you wil get the connection soon or my representative will contact you shortly or we are escalating it to higher official". After much frustration I have asked them to refund my amount and connection no longer needed. Again it is 40 more days after cancellation I am not getting the amount to me. Please help me for getting the amount back. I have the ticket numbers and bunch of emails.
