BEAM doesnt provide good service, they take advance for whole service & dont provide service for weeks, they think customers are fools , inspite of calling them for manier times no response , customer care says we dont know what technical team is doing nor they transfer the call to the heads, just provide some ticket numbers & they close that registered compaint within a day without resolving it. Vidya , Sabiha, Swathi promise false things , they say if you are not getting service then we will provide you refund then they refuse. this is the worst service i have ever gone through in my life & suggest people to beware of it. So never go fot this service again.
