Requst for the refund of the payment:
I have paid 2,300 Rs for a prepaid new internet connection on 25/09/10 to Beam Telecom through check. after continues follow up for 20days they are unable to give the connection and have been in continues touch with the call center by calling twice a day but no use. they failed to give the connection. after i have asked for cancelation of my request, and after cancelling the request they are not repaying the amount which i initially paid. i have cancelled my request 1month back till now i have not got my money back.. i have raised many tickets by calling call cneter but no use. i would llike to get my money back ASAP. request you to process the this request.

I support this complaint. Same situation, now its been 15 days on the original promise of 7 days and I get all sort of stories about why they are not able to provide service.
I support this complaint. I am also one of the victim. They are maintaning useless dummy call center. No one is there to followup the resuest. Beamtel giving worst service. Do not pay for packages for 6M or 1yr.
