TVC Skyshop Ltd - Received a Broken Nicer Dicer from TVC Skyshop

I had placed an order for Nicer Dicer through internet. It was mentioned that the product will reach to my home address in 2 days. But it took more than a week for the product to reach me. And when i recieved the product it was all broken. Both the jars which come along with the nicer dicer were broken into pieces. When I contacted the customer care they told me to send it back and they will replace it. It has been around 15 days that i had sent the product back to them and i have no updates. When i call to the customer care everytime they tell me that they will take the case on priority but nothing happens. I have really lost hope and i dontknow what to do. My order number was Ow00004355.
