Further to our telecom with your customer care on 17/08/2010, I would like to re-confirm you that we have received the product against my order no# OC2423424 on 16/08/2010 with thanks.

While checking the products thoroughly I have found some problems on it. Please find below the details of same for your ready reference & necessary action.

I) KUBER KUNJI

A) I have received the CD of Kuber Kunji Mantra in completely broken condition.
B) I have not received the Kuber Brochure along with the product.
C) Gold pleating on the Pendent is not up to the mark.

II) SPEAK ENGLISH IN 30 DAYS

a) Quality of the CD’s are not commendable. Some of them running slow.
b) VCD No # 25 ( Sentence Power Part-5): Received the CD with Broken line in the centre, although it is exceptionally working in DVD player.
c) VCD No # 26 ( Take the MIC- Public Speaking) : Received this CD with scratch mark in the centre. Hence it is not at all working/can’t be seen.
d) VCD No # 27 ( Word Power A-M) : Received the CD with Broken line in the centre and it is not at all working/not at all loading in DVD player.

As advised by the person of your customer care , I have couriered the 4 defected/Broken CDs ( 1 Kuber Kunji & 3 Speak English) on 18/08/2010 through DTDC courier LTD. under AWB number # Z15000292. Please acknowledge the receipt of CDs and arrange to return back the Correct CDs along with Kuber Brochure/Kuber Pustika Urgently.


Please arrange to deliver the said CD’s & Kuber Brochure/Kuber Pustika at my address in good condition very urgently.

Please do the Needful Very urgently , so that I have my product on time without much suffering. It is very time consuming and money matters for me. Request your understanding.
