Dear Sir,
I am very surprised & worried that I have not received your positive response on my request yet. As per commitment given by you the product was supposed to receive within 5 to 7 days. This is the reason I have paid the payment in Advance through Credit Card. Now please advise, when I will receive the same . I have cintacted your Customer care 2 times. But there was no positive reply about the dispatch of product. I look forward to receive the product very urgently.
I am planning to order another products with TVC. But I am afraid to place the additional order without having the ordered product in good condition on time.
