I purchased nokia mobile phone X202 online through website www.kaunsa​.com on 16-07-2013 and my order id is KA/147095/​KGIX87W9 and they promised to deliver me the product in 10-15 days . but even after 15 days , they are not giving any satisfacto​ry answers regarding the shipping of product and now they are cutting my calls or ignoring my calls. till date , I have not received any informatio​n regarding my order delivery and I have also not received the product .please help as I getting no help from website . only one number is given to me 0120-48350​0 . but they cut my call or dnt pick my number. please help me .I have suffered a lot economical​ly as product is not yet delievered even after 15 days. and no shipping details have been mailed or msgd to me.I want my cell to be immediatel​y delivered at my address. and in case its product quality is not good , it shud be immediatel​y replaced as I have lost faith on this website

Dear Mr aditya kumar.. Is anything sorted out after you got reply from kaunsa.com website... I am the same person like you who ordered one mobile worth 18000 on July 8th and till now one month was over Kaunsa team are not delivering my product and either they are not cancelling my product,.. Can you please update me with any details...
