I have booked a Karbonn A27 at Rs. 3294/- They have commited that they will deliver the same in 10 working days.
I waited for ten days but i did not any responce from them. I called their customer care on 0120- 4835000 thier they told me that the order I placed that is priced at Rs 9000/- If still yoou want to purchase the same you need to make an extra payment the we will deliver the same. which I refused & told that I want my money back. They replyed that we can not give money back you need to take a voucher for the same amount. After all the mishaps done by them I decided that I will not buy any products from them & refuced their voucher & insisted on money back on the same mode by which I have paid (Credit Card).
All this instance started on 18th June 2013.
I have been cheated by KAUNSA people.
I want my money back & Some strict action needs to be taken against these kind of websites.
