I had ordered Samsung S5222 star 3 Duos Black on www.kaunsa.com an online store through ccavenue/netbanking under order ID kaun/41420 for the purpose of my niece at the address Praveen Kumar c/o NIRMAL KUMAR # 336/3, SHAMMANA LANE, CHURCH ROAD, MURUGESHPALYA, BANGALORE-560017 and remitted Rs. 3899 on 20.11.12 and there nothing mentioned on the site that they are dealing with old product/ electronics gazettes. After confirmation I received e-mail that they would deliver the mobile on 05.12.12 but after passing the due date given by them I had not received the product . Therefore, having doubt, I regularly phoned to www.kaunsa.com customer care number +91-120-4835000 and they usually told me that the above product is out of stock so that it might be delayed 2-3 days. When the given time completed I again telephoned them and written complained to their website but they have not responded satisfactorily. Meanwhile I demanded to cancel my order on 09.12.12 and asked them to credit my money in my account but I received e-mail on 14.12.12 that we would like to inform you that your order was sent to vendor for dispatching at this stage we could not be able to cancel your order, which you can receive in 2-3 days but I received this product on 22.12.12 which was booked on 20.12.12 through DTDC courier under tracking ID no. X01820005, after calling them so many times but they send old recycled scratchy mobile. This is breach of trust because they want to loot me that’s why they have not cancelled my order on 09.12.12 for which article booked on 20.12.12 moreover I loaded the image of old/recycled mobile sent to support@kaunsa.com on 24.12.12 as per demand of customer care representative but finally they replied me over phone on 25.12.12 that neither they will replace the old product nor refund the amount. For this I have lodge a complaint to Kumta Police Station Kumta on 01.03.2013 under complaint 544960. Hence I want to publish or broadcast this news in public interests so that other public member will not deceive and be alert from this site. It is requested to do the needful for public interest as I have already cheated but other can be saved from such frauds/scams and notice has already served to kaunsa.com.
This is regarding www.kaunsa.com online fraud/cheating as I have already submitted the complaint to www.icomplaints.in. Further my advocate has served notice to address of company provided at website of www.kaunsa.com but it was returned back marked as ‘Unclaimed’. Now on 22.03.13, I received a call from number 0********79 about to resolve the matter and asked me to send the product back to them first and once they received the same they would initiate the refund process. But they are thinking me a fool who will send them the proof at this stage. If they are very much eager to resolve the complaint they have to start the refund first as I had paid whole amount online by showing trust on them without getting the product first but they have broken my trust. Hence please do needful against this company in public interest as lots of complaints are spread over the net against www.kaunsa.com
I have ordered Micromax A116, on march 7, & get the confirmation mail from your end that i will recieve the product till 22nd march , but still i m not recieved the same, and i have seen so complaint pending stating this company is fraud.
