Tradus - Product not delivered and no replies from the vendor about refund.

i ordered a mobile phone , Samsung galaxy grand quattro through tradus on 4th august. I received a mail saying the order will be dispatched as soon as possible. The packing of produtc was done on 8th August as per the site display. When i mailed them again, on 12th to know the status, i was told it has been handed over to courier and i would recieve a tracking number in 24 hours. On 13th i never got the tracking number. I again mailed them and then on 14th the reply was that they will dispatch it on 14th . I stayed calm, and since there was no tracking number of the courier by now, i again mailed them on 16th to which they told me that they have dispatched it on 16th itself with bluedart number ********574. I checked with bluedart on friday (16th) and saturday(17th) but they told me that the product is still not dispatched.The ecommerce vendors can generate these tracking numbers by them selves. I even wrote to the mangement team , but no reply from side side as well. I wrote to them to call me on monday, but still there is no response neither from the site , nor from the vendor ITN mall Jaipur. Moreover i also tried calling them multiple times, but no one answers the call. Please help.
Still no one is replying.
